A note on which laws apply: as a Montana-registered company, our primary regulatory framework is U.S. law, including Montana’s own Consumer Data Privacy Act (MCDPA). That law currently only applies to businesses processing the data of 25,000+ Montana consumers a year (or 15,000+ if data sales make up over 25% of revenue) — a threshold this site isn’t close to yet, but worth tracking as the site grows, since Montana’s thresholds are the lowest of any U.S. state privacy law.
